“Be glad, people of Zion, rejoice in the Lordyour God, for he has given you the autumn rains
because he is faithful. He sends you abundant showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before.” (Joel 2:23)
When others are sad. I am happy. I have found favor in the sight of God. The blessings are flowing. Doors are opening for me and no one can close them. I will live my life according to God’s word and will reap the reward from righteous living.

“Thou shalt also decree [say] a thing, and it shall be established [happen] unto thee: and the light [power of God] shall shine [open up] upon thy ways.” (Job 22:28)
“The Lord said, “I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers, and I am concerned about their suffering. So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey—the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites.” (Exodus 3:7-8)
I will praise the Lord at all times because He see what man has done to me, both in secret as well as openly. I need not cry or suffer any longer because he knows. My eyes are set the fact that God is delivering me and I will come into the blessings He has in store for me because I do not hold any grudges but operate in love and forgiveness.
“And I will make the Egyptians favorably disposed toward this people, so that when you leave you will not go empty-handed.Every woman is to ask her neighbor and any woman living in her house for articles of silver and gold and for clothing, which you will put on your sons and daughters. And so you will plunder the Egyptians.” (Exodus 3:21-22)
I rejoice in the Lord always because I have the favor of God. Even my enemies have been made to be a blessing to me. No one will hinder the blessings of God. I have favor coming from every direction. There is no lack in my life because I keep His commandments.
Then the Lordsaid to Moses, “Now you will see what I will do to Pharaoh: Because of my mighty hand he will let them go; because of my mighty hand he will drive them out of his country.” (Exodus 6:1)
Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lordwill bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The Lordwill fight for you; you need only to be still.” (Exodus 14:13-14)
I am unstoppable because of God’s mighty hand. I strive to live under His mighty hand daily. Because under His protection I am safe from whatever comes against me. I need not

“Thou shalt also decree [say or desire] a thing, and it shall be established [happen] unto thee: and the light [power of God] shall shine [open up] upon thy ways.” (Job 22:28)
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed [confused], for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” (Isaiah 41:10)
Decree: I don’t live in fear when it seems like I am outnumbered, because the Greater One lives on the inside of me therefore, I will be strengthen and upheld when it seems like life is getting the best of me.
“And my God will meet all your needs [regardless to what they are] according to the riches [according to His super natural ability to provide] of his glory in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19)
Decree: I don’t compete with others and I will not compromise in my giving back to God because my needs are always met because of God’s supernatural provision.
“Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” (Psalm 37:4)
Decree: I am at peace and will never become worried about those things I desire because God will give me the desires of my heart.
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” (Romans 8:28)
Decree: With confidence, I praise God for every challenge that shows up in my life because it will work in my favor because I love God with all my heart.

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” (Ephesian 6:10-12 NIV)
The strong uses discretion and will learn how to keep their guards up because they know that there is a domino effect when it comes to God's strength and they will become strong across the board. If we are not strong in the Lord as the scripture commands then by default, we are going to be weak and give into temptation when it shows up.
The weak stays in shadow of what strength is supposed to look like. There is also a domino effect, although the weak may have good intentions, they will remain in weakness across the board. Let's pray for each other! Let's help each other to be strong because we are all vulnerable. But we can and have been commanded to be STRONG IN THE LORD!!!

"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned,Nor shall the flame scorch you." (Isaiah 43:2 NKJV)
This verse says it all:
1. The Lord is with us.
2. The battle is not ours.
3. You may be in it but you are coming out of it!
4. Nothing that you are going through has been meant to kill you.
5. Every storm must come to an end.
When it is all said and done, every day with the Lord on our side is a good day. Be Blessed and enjoy your day on purpose.

David again brought together all the able young men of Israel—thirty thousand. He and all his men went to Baalah in Judah to bring up from there the ark of God, which is called by the Name, the name of the Lord Almighty, who is enthroned between the cherubim on the ark. They set the ark of God on a new cart and brought it from the house of Abinadab, which was on the hill. Uzzah and Ahio, sons of Abinadab, were guiding the new cart with the ark of God on it, and Ahio was walking in front of it. David and all Israel were celebrating with all their might before the Lord, with castanets, harps, lyres, timbrels, sistrums and cymbals. When they came to the threshing floor of Nakon, Uzzah reached out and took hold of the ark of God, because the oxen stumbled. The Lord’s anger burned against Uzzah because of his irreverent act; therefore God struck him down, and he died there beside the ark of God. Then David was angry because the Lord’s wrath had broken out against Uzzah, and to this day that place is called Perez Uzzah." (2 Samuel 6:1-8)
In the above verse, David and his army followed the Philistine (1 Samuel 6:7-12) in how to transport the ark instead following the instructions in the bible. (1 Chronicles 15:15). The moral behind the story is: "You Can't Always Do What Others Do, It Just May Get you Killed.

Fear Not “A champion named Goliath, who was from Gath, came out of the Philistine camp. His height was six cubits and a span. He had a bronze helmet on his head and wore a coat of scale armor of bronze weighing five thousand shekels; on his legs he wore bronze greaves, and a bronze javelin was slung on his back. His spear shaft was like a weaver’s rod, and its iron point weighed six hundred shekels. His shield bearer went ahead of him. Goliath stood and shouted to the ranks of Israel, “Why do you come out and line up for battle? Am I not a Philistine, and are you not the servants of Saul? Choose a man and have him come down to me. If he is able to fight and kill me, we will become your subjects; but if I overcome him and kill him, you will become our subjects and serve us.” Then the Philistine said, “This day I defy the armies of Israel! Give me a man and let us fight each other.” On hearing the Philistine’s words, Saul and all the Israelites were dismayed [confused] and terrified.” (1 Samuel 17:4-11) In the above scripture everyone was terrified and confused when they saw Goliath and heard his threats. However if you keep reading in the story when David saw him, he was ready to fight and kill him. How is it that David was not fearful. It was because of his routine. “And David behaved himself wisely in all his ways; and the LORD was with him. Wherefore when Saul saw that he behaved himself very wisely, he was afraid of him.” (1 Samuel 18:14-15 KJV) My freinds we can quote scriptures and pray at the drop of a hat but if our everyday routine is not balanced, we are going to fear when the unexpected shows up. "Not a sermon, just a thought."

"So Satan went out from the presence of the Lord and afflicted Job with painful sores from the soles of his feet to the top of his head. Then Job took a piece of broken pottery and scraped himself with it as he sat among the ashes. His wife said to him, "Are you still holding on to your intergrity? Curse God and die!" He replied, "You are talking like a foolish woman. Shall we accept good from God, and not trouble?' In all this, Job did not sin in what he said." (Job 2:7-10)
"The Lord blessed the latter part of Job’s life more than the former part. He had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, a thousand yoke of oxen and a thousand donkeys. And he also had seven sons and three daughters. The first daughter he named Jemimah, the second Keziah and the third Keren-Happuch. Nowhere in all the land were there found women as beautiful as Job’s daughters, and their father granted them an inheritance along with their brothers. After this, Job lived a hundred and forty years; he saw his children and their children to the fourth generation. And so Job died, an old man and full of years." (Job 42:12-17)
The devil did not win back then and he sure is not winning TODAY!!! "Not a sermon, just another nugget."

Your Attitude can be a deal breaker:
"And there were four leprous men at the entering in of the gate: and they said one to another, why sit we here until we die? If we say, we will enter into the city, then the famine is in the city, and we shall die there: and if we sit still here, we die also. Now therefore come, and let us fall unto the host of the Syrians: if they save us alive, we shall live; and if they kill us, we shall but die. And they rose up in the twilight, to go unto the camp of the Syrians: and when they were come to the uttermost part of the camp of Syria, behold, there was no man there. For the LORD had made the host of the Syrians to hear a noise of chariots, and a noise of horses, even the noise of a great host: and they said one to another, Lo, the king of Israel hath hired against us the kings of the Hittites, and the kings of the Egyptians, to come upon us. Wherefore they arose and fled in the twilight, and left their tents, and their horses, and their asses, even the camp as it was, and fled for their life. The men who had leprosly reached the edge of the camp and entered one of the tents. They ate and drank, and carried away silver, gold and clothes, and went off and hid them. They returned and entered another tent and toook some things from it and hid them also. ” (2 Kings 7:3-8)
God was impressed with the four men’s attitude in the above text. Because they did not want to die, they fixed their attitude. They could have caught a bad attitude because the situation they were in and took it out on others but they decided to try something. Before you give up and get mad, TRY something. Because God loved the kind of faith they produced amongst themselves, He [God] got involved and a miracle took place. It all came about because of their attitude of faith towards living or “faith with an attitude.” “Not a sermon, just a nugget to live by.”

According to Your Faith (Matthew 9:29)
All of us have been given a measure of faith (Romans 12:3) and it is up to us as to what we do with it. Our faith has been impacted by our culture (upbringing and environment). If our upbringing didn’t expose us to faith like it should have, it is up to us as believers, to become new creatures in Christ (2 Cor. 5:17). Which mean it is an on-going process in becoming new. It is our responsibility to must move far away from our old way of thinking & belief, if that the case, so we can experience the growth that is intended for us. God deals with us individually. That’s why we must come into our own faith and not judge or allow ourselves to be judged by others if we don’t do things the way they would do it or believe exactly like we do. Remember it is according to your faith. God did not intend for us to do everything exactly alike but according to how we have been taught through His Word. And we must remember that everything that is different is not always wrong nor is it always good to fight what you don’t understand. Learn to respect others but be careful to use your own faith. Your blessing is tied into how you believe and not upon how others might judge you. “Not a sermon, just a nugget.”
